High Pressure Water Jetting

Water is a tool for a clean, safe environment. More and more people are discovering the economic and environmental benefits of using ultra-high pressure (UHP) water jetting to carry out a wide variety of jobs. Our ultra-high pressure water jetting operates at pressures in excess of 25,000psi enabling industrial processes such as surface preparation to HB 2.5”, tube bundle cleaning, non-man entry vessel cleaning, and steel or concrete cutting, to be carried out quickly and economically.

Services include:

Cityflex and Mascot Units: These compact mini-combination units are ideal for the urban environment with the advantage of offering both jetting and suction capabilities in the tightest of access locations.

Jet Vacs: Range of Jet Vac units providing flexible solutions to a range of sewer and pipeline cleaning requirements. Vehicles can be provided for both highway and off-road locations.

Recyclers: Recycling machines offer cost effective alternatives in sewer cleaning, using the existing water within the pipe to power their jets. Not only conserving valuable potable water, but saving downtime on site, by significantly reducing the need for filling and disposal.

Disabs: Disab High Air Flow Suction Tankers. These machines are a considerable step-up from standard sludge removal vacuum tankers, as they are high performance material handling units. They are capable of sucking heavy solids, dry powders and viscous liquids over distances of up to 70m at high flow rates. These machines have the added advantage of tipping capability allowing on-site transfer into skips for removal from site, significantly reducing downtime.

Off-Road Remote Access: For difficult access locations we operate a remote reel mounted on our own all-terrain dumper. Working in conjunction with our Recycling and Disab Units, we can provide effective cleaning and suction at distances up to 500m.
